A downloadable game for Windows

Awoken by a sound you hear in the distance, you look around. What is this place? You see a large hole before you. With no other exits, you gather your courage, and your weapon, and leap down.

Slash, shoot, or explode your way through the levels of this procedurally generated tower. Descend your way out by jumping down the holes in the floor before time runs out!

Choose between three unique classes, each with 2 unique attacks:

  • The Sturdy Warrior
  • The Precise Archer
  • The Powerful Wizard

Find and encounter 2 unique bosses.

Supports both keyboard/mouse and controller setups.

This game was made for the Brackey's 2020.1 week long game jam with the theme Holes.

There is an issue with the export sometimes raising a flag with Windows Defender because the game was not code-signed. This is a known problem with the Godot engine unfortunately. Not all systems seem to have an issue with it, but I'm hoping to resolve it before the end of the jam. See the link for discussion on the issue: https://godotforums.org/discussion/18489/executable-detect-as-a-dangerous-app-by...

This is a very cool game, it has a lot of potentials, I enjoyed the cast of characters and the boss fights.

Awesome job on this! I really enjoyed the time mechanics and the challenge the enemies presented. Totally solid work especially for a game jam. I really hope you consider continuing to iterate on this because I think there's something pretty cool about the way this feels.

Thanks for the play! It was certainly a long week but I'm satisfied with the result. Glad you enjoyed it, and I'm definitely considering taking this project further after the voting period of the jam. For now, I think I'm going to sleep.
